Accessibility Statement for Our Website
Last updated: October 2026
Uplong Remodeling wants uplong.garden to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement explains how we approach that goal. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Our Goal
We aim to make this site usable by as many people as we can. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used set of standards for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
A well-built page is like a building with clear signs and a ramp beside the stairs. To get there, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text readable with good color contrast
- Let people move through the site with a keyboard alone
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of this site may not fully meet these standards yet. Content from other companies, such as embedded tools or services, may be outside our control. We look over the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@uplong.garden and we will do what we can to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your feedback on how accessible this site is. Please email contact@uplong.garden and tell us:
- Which page or feature caused trouble
- What happened, and what you expected instead
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never truly finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep making improvements.
