Uplong Remodeling helps homeowners in Tacoma and the Tacoma area find independent providers for bathroom and kitchen remodeling. We do not tear out tubs, set tile or hang cabinets. The providers in our network do that work. Our part comes earlier: helping you reach a suitable provider and arrive with good questions.

Why This Site Exists

Remodeling can feel like reading a map in another language. Quotes use unfamiliar words, and every contractor seems to explain things differently. We wrote this site the way a patient teacher would. It explains why things happen, what to ask, and what to watch for. Ask before you sign.

How Providers Are Matched

When you request an estimate, we look at the kind of project you have. A tub-to-shower conversion, a walk-in tub, custom bathroom renovations, luxury bath upgrades and a full kitchen remodel each call for different skills. We then connect you with a provider in the network who works on that type of job near you.

What We Expect From Providers

Providers in the network are independent businesses. We ask them to:

• Hold any licenses or registrations their local area requires
• Explain their process and pricing in clear terms
• Give written quotes that list the work, materials and timeline
• Answer your questions without pressure
• Treat your home with care

Good answers sound clear. If a provider is vague, you can always keep looking.

What We Do Not Do

We want you to know where our role ends.

• We do not perform any remodeling work.
• We do not set prices. Each provider sets their own.
• We do not promise a specific schedule or outcome.
• We do not decide what your insurance will cover. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy.

Your agreement is always between you and the provider you choose.

How We Are Paid

Homeowners do not pay Uplong Remodeling to be connected. Providers in the network may pay a referral fee when a call or request turns into a real project conversation. That fee is not added to your quote by us, and it does not change the advice on this site. We still suggest you compare written quotes from more than one source.

Care After the Work

A finished room is not the end of the story. Caulk ages, grout needs sealing and fans need cleaning, especially in a damp climate like ours. Our guides also cover care after the work, so your new bathroom or kitchen stays in good shape for years.
